August 17, 1979
•It 6. City Attorney Report
A. liOrdinance No No. 650 - Sighfill Zoning second reading
gbc you recall there was a mix up on the data *mows
went to !nouns and this didn't get advertised long enough,
so the actual annexation has taken place, this is for the
zoning of the area of the Higbfill annexation.
B. Ordinance No. 656 - Reapportionment of Wards second
reading.
Once again this was delayed from the last reading due to
insufficient legal notice time. We have prepared rough
maps and they will be available at the Council meeting
If Council approves this we will prepare a standard kind
of ward sap for distribution.
C. Ordinance No. 657 - Pose Annexation second reading
public hearing.
The information relating to this and a location map is
enclosed in the packet.
D. Ordinance No. 658 Pose Zoning second reading
public bearing.
I. Ordinance No. 659 - Building Permit Valuation
second reading.
F. Ordinance No. 660 - Building Code Amendment
mall construction second reading.
G. Resolution No. 14 - Centennial Valley 2nd Filing
Final Plat and P.V.D. on the shopping center site.
Item 7. City Administrator Report
A. City Hall Remodeling Financing
As I mentioned at the last Council meeting, I have solicited
quotes on the financing for the city hall remodeling and
enclosed in the packet is the tabulation of the same.
B. Sullivan Lease Proposal
It appears that the drug store space will be available for
our use for the approximate nine months to a year that the
city hall remodel takes place. I am submitting the pro-
posed lease is the packet and I might just add that the
lease, as proposed by lir. Sullivan. was less per square
foot then the average of lease costs for comparable or
other space in the City of Louisville and I an recommending
that Council authorise us to enter into a lease proposal.
I might add that the financing of the project includes
sufficient money to provide for the payment on the lease.
I have visited • couple time. with Jim Hillhouse. the
architect and in his estimation we will be saving more
