<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 996 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY <br /> LIQUOR LICENSES, AND CREATING THE FEES THEREFORE <br /> WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 113, codified as C.R.S. <br /> A12-47-106(b.5) has recently been signed into law authorizing the <br /> issuance of temporary liquor licenses under certain <br /> circumstances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that it is necessary <br /> to amend certain portions of the Municipal Code regarding the <br /> issuance of liquor licenses, and the fees to be charged <br /> therefore. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> Section 1. The following sections are hereby enacted and <br /> added to Title 5 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 5.08.030.I. Temporary License. A temporary license <br /> shall be issued to an applicant holding a license <br /> pursuant to this Section 5.08.030.A. through G., when <br /> said license has expired and has not been timely <br /> renewed by the applicant. A temporary license shall be <br /> valid until a regular annual license has been issued, <br /> except that in no event shall such temporary license be <br /> valid for more than 120 days. <br /> 5.08.040.E.
