Ilk 410 • R colim loE?INC LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 1. 1979 Mayor Vaschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. with the fol- lowing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier. Carmel.. Xilker and DelPisso. Others present: City Administrator Vuri City , ' Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Development Rupp, Perks GI Rae. Dir. Stabs, City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Reason and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the min- utes of the September 18, 1979, Council muting as presented. ENCLASURERS Councilman Meier saved that the enclosures be accepted and brought up under the roper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Joss reported that the application DEPOT LIQUOR LICENSE is in order and the request is to transfer TRANSFER the business from one corporation to another. Attorney Joss stated that the Council has the option to approve the request or sche- dule a public hearing. • Councilman Caramel. asked about the police reports and also FBI check. Attorney Joss stated that the FBI check has not come through at this time and the City plice reports can be made available if re- . quested. Councilman Barry asked about the utility update. Councilman Caranci moved that Council accept the transfer unless the FBI check and update of utility bill are not completed and in order. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Xilker yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yea, Berry yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. MESA POINT - ANNEXATION Mr. James Collins, requested that this matter REQUEST be tabled. Councilman Berry moved that the matter be tabled until the next regular council meeting. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. h\VQ1108.17f ss I
