Carmel.. <br /> Xilker and DelPisso. Others present: City Administrator Vuri City , ' <br /> Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Development Rupp, Perks GI Rae. Dir. <br /> Stabs, City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Reason and City Clerk <br /> Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the min- <br /> utes of the September 18, 1979, Council <br /> muting as presented. <br /> ENCLASURERS Councilman Meier saved that the enclosures <br /> be accepted and brought up under the roper <br /> head of business. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Joss reported that the application <br /> DEPOT LIQUOR LICENSE is in order and the request is to transfer <br /> TRANSFER the business from one corporation to another. <br /> Attorney Joss stated that the Council has <br /> the option to approve the request or sche- <br /> dule a public hearing. • <br /> Councilman Caramel. asked about the police <br /> reports and also FBI check. <br /> Attorney Joss stated that the FBI check has <br /> not come through at this time and the City <br /> plice reports can be made available if re- <br /> . quested. <br /> Councilman Barry asked about the utility <br /> update. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that Council <br /> accept the transfer unless the FBI check <br /> and update of utility bill are not completed <br /> and in order. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Xilker <br /> yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yea, Berry yes, <br /> Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> MESA POINT - ANNEXATION Mr. James Collins, requested that this matter <br /> REQUEST be tabled. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that the matter be <br /> tabled until the next regular council meeting. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> h\VQ1108.17f ss <br /> I <br />
