additions and renovations to the Louisville City Hall in order that the City and the inhabitants thereof may have sufficient municipal office space for the conduct of the City's affairs, in full conformity with the Constitution and law of the State of Colorado, and pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, published and made a law of said City prior to the issuance of this Mote. This Note is payable from the City of Louisville, City Nall improvement Tumid, to Which rand are pledged, pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, the proceeds of said City's 2 Mill Ad Valorem Capitol Improvement Tax together with as much of the City's two percent tax on the sales of tangible personal property at retail or the furnishing of services as is necessary to in aggregate fund an amount equal to one hundred and twenty-five percent (125%) of the total payments due in each fiscal year of said City. This Note is secured by the City of Louisville, City Ball Improvement Reserve Fund to which Fund are pledged, pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, as much of the City's two percent tax on the sales of tangible personal property at retail or the furnishing of services as is necessary to fund an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the largest annual payment of principal and interest due under this Note, which amount may be collected and deposited in equal shares during the first three years of this Special Obligation Note. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, has caused this Note to be signed by the Mayor of the City, sealed with the seal of the City, attested by the City Clerk, and countersigned by the City Treasurer, as of the day of , 1979, the data of delivery hereof.
