additions and renovations to the Louisville City Hall in <br /> order that the City and the inhabitants thereof may have <br /> sufficient municipal office space for the conduct of the <br /> City's affairs, in full conformity with the Constitution and <br /> law of the State of Colorado, and pursuant to an Ordinance <br /> duly adopted, published and made a law of said City prior to <br /> the issuance of this Mote. <br /> This Note is payable from the City of Louisville, City <br /> Nall improvement Tumid, to Which rand are pledged, pursuant <br /> to an Ordinance duly adopted, the proceeds of said City's 2 <br /> Mill Ad Valorem Capitol Improvement Tax together with as <br /> much of the City's two percent tax on the sales of tangible <br /> personal property at retail or the furnishing of services as <br /> is necessary to in aggregate fund an amount equal to one <br /> hundred and twenty-five percent (125%) of the total payments <br /> due in each fiscal year of said City. <br /> This Note is secured by the City of Louisville, City <br /> Ball Improvement Reserve Fund to which Fund are pledged, <br /> pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, as much of the City's <br /> two percent tax on the sales of tangible personal property <br /> at retail or the furnishing of services as is necessary to <br /> fund an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the <br /> largest annual payment of principal and interest due under <br /> this Note, which amount may be collected and deposited in <br /> equal shares during the first three years of this Special <br /> Obligation Note. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado, has caused this Note to be signed by the <br /> Mayor of the City, sealed with the seal of the City, attested <br /> by the City Clerk, and countersigned by the City Treasurer, as <br /> of the day of , 1979, the data of delivery <br /> hereof. <br /> ( S E A L ) Mayor <br /> ATTEST: COUNTERSIGNED: <br /> City Clerk City Treasurer <br /> 2 <br />
