110 110 ADJOURNED :MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 29, 197) Mayor Vaschak called the adjourned meeting of Nover-ber 27, 1979 to order at 7: 30 P.M. with the following Council aemberg present: DiCario, Berry, Meier, Milker and Delpisso. Excused absence: Coun- cilman Caranci. Others present: City Administrator *.4url, City Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Day. Rupp, Dir. Parks i Rec. Stahl, Polio* Chief Munger and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer . Musson. COUNCIL ITEMS BACK UP PC4P Mr. Wurl reported that he had checked on generators for a back up on the water pumps and new pumps will take from 4 to 6 months; with rental units available in about 1 week • with a rental fee of approximately $1, 600 per month. Council stated that they would like Mr. Wurl to have a complete report submitted at the next meeting, with infortation regarding automatic starters and how the unit will be heated, along with how a rental fee would be applied to a new unit. FLURIDE REPORT Mr. 'curl reported that the fluoride feeder is located at a spot in the filter plant ahead of all the filter plant functions, so _ . there has been problems trying to keep the amount consistent. He reported that Noel Hobbs is checking into the matter and hopes to find a location that will keep the count consistent. FAKE ID CARDS A report was submitted to Council from Chief Munger regarding the incident. Mr. Wurl stated that in talking with Mr. Collins it was explained to him that when they were taking the license the police card was noticed but not submitted as identification. Mr. Wurl also stated that the police officer in Lafayette filing the report had applied to the City of Louisville for employ- ment but was not hired, just prior to the incident. Chief Munger reported that all cards have been destroyed except for Mr . Wurl whose has been kept until the matter is cleared at which time it will also be destroyed. Chief Munger was instructed not to issue any more cards as a joke.
