City Nell in <br /> order that the City and the it):..ab'z.a:i is Ltic reo: may ha <br /> sufficient municipal -office space for the conduct of the <br /> City's affairs, in full conformity with the Constitution and <br /> laws of the State of Colorado, and pursuant to an Ordinance <br /> duly adopted, published and made a law of said City prior to <br /> the issuance of this Vote. <br /> This sot. is payable from the City of Louisville, City <br /> Mall Improvement Fund, to which Fund are annually pledged, <br /> pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, as much of the proceeds <br /> of the City's two percent tax on the sales of tangible <br /> personal property at retail or the furnishing of services as <br /> are necessary, together with such annual sums as are appro- <br /> priated by the City Council in its discretion for deposit <br /> into said Fund, to equal the designated annual installments <br /> of interest on and principal of said Note_ <br /> This Note is further secured by the City of Louisville, <br /> City Hall Irrmprovement Reserve Fund to which Fund are annually <br /> pledged, pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted, as much of <br /> the proceeds of the City's two percent tax on the sales of <br /> tangible personal peroperty at retail or the furnishing of <br /> services as are necessary, together with such annual sums as <br /> are appropriated by the City Council in its discretion for <br /> deposit into said Reserve Fund, to equal the designated <br /> annual deposit into said Reserve Fund. <br /> The City shall not have the right to prepay in whole or <br /> in part the unpaid installments of principal and interest on <br /> the note prior to December 1, 1985. On the designated due <br /> dates Dacer:tber 1, 1985 through December 1, 1999 inclusive, <br /> the City shall have the right to prepay the entire unpaid <br /> balances of outstanding principal, and accrued interest, plus <br /> a one percent premium on the balance of outstanding principal <br /> on the date of payment.
