Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City . Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Gessoes, Chief Munger, Community Decal.• Dir. Rupp, Park & Rec. Dir. 8tahl,and City Clerk Stahl. • ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the November 27, meeting and the adjourned meeting of November 29, 1979 as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizso moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Council- man Bilker. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS WALDO'S RENEWAL Attorney Joss reported that the renewal application was in order. Council voiced their concern at the amount of police reports involved for that bar. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that a public hearing for the liquor license renewal be set for December 18, 1979, on Waldo's Lounge. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call vote. DelPiszo yes, Caranci yes, Milker yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. MESA POINT P.U.D. AND Mr. Wurl explained that the P.U.D. approval FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT was for 24 units; however, they are request- ing that the units be increased to 47. He noted that the incre se would not change the already approved and that the Planning Commission has recommended approval RESOLUTION NO. 26 of the request. Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 26. approving the increase of units from 24 to 47. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 26 Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Caranci. Motion carried. LAND EXCHANGE Mr. Wurl stated that Mesa Point owns the land on the north side of the hill, approx. 37 acres . which was not annexed and the City has been working on a possible exchange t1 !
