Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved <br /> the minutes of the December 4, 1979. <br /> meeting as presented. <br /> ENCLOSUP.ERS Councilman Berry moved that enclosurers <br /> be accepted and brought up under the <br /> proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Di Carlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> WALDO'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br /> PUBLIC HEARING cation was in order and that the pro- <br /> per notices for the public hearing <br /> were posted. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Debra Duncan, Jim Kupfner, Ed Wickline <br /> Jean Matt, Ron Gentry and Chuck Grosso, <br /> spoke in favor of the liquor license <br /> renewal. <br /> Mr. Louis Hickman, the owner of the <br /> establishment stated that many of <br /> the police reports noted were not for <br /> active disturbances, but the police <br /> were contacted in order to avoid a <br /> disturbance from resulting. He also <br /> stated that he did not feel reports <br /> which involved the location of Waldo's <br /> outside the building, should be in- <br /> cluded in the reports. <br /> There Were no comments against the <br /> license renewal. Mayor Waschak closed <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Council agreed that not all reports <br /> should be included, but only the dis- <br /> turbances that pertain to the estab- <br /> lishment. <br /> M ii44111T ' „I' <br />
