Memo - page 2
Feb. 28, 1980
Item 6. S. Ordinance No. 672 - Morrison Zoning second reading
public hearing.
Enclosed in the packet is the Planning Commission re-
commendation and also a memo from the Dir. of Community
Deve1. John Rupp.
C. Ordinance No. 676 Cable TV Standard second reading.
Item 7. City Administrator Report
A. Medical Facilities Report
I have enclosed in the packet copies of the proposed
a greements between Community Hospital and the City,
that has bean developed in negotiations with them over
the past few months. The hospital board has agreed to
the proposal and it has been signed by their President.
i am also enclosing in the packet a copy of the map
depicting the area that we `could like to see the facility
located on. If we are unable to work that out with Mr.
Suitts, we have the alternate site, public use property
designat*d in the southwest corner of that property. Tou
may recall we anticipated that we were going to get about
70 acres and we got 81 acres, so we really do have land
available to use as an alternate site. The action requested
here, should the agreement meet with Councils approval,
is we would ask Council's authority for the Mayor to sign
the agreement and proceed with the planning of the project.
B. Stand by Generator Consider Bids.
Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the bid tabulation
and recommendation of Noel Hobbs, our water consulting
engineer, relating to this item.
C. Little League Report
Parks & Rec. Dir. Stahl has prepared • report to be
distributed to Council.
Item 8. Council comments and committee reports
Item 9. Approval of the bills
Item 10. Adjournment
