Further discussion was held regarding the fence and exiting onto Main St. After comments Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 20. Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution No. 20, Series 1980, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 671 & 672 Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. TABLING 671 and 672 be tabled until such time as the City can make an agreement with the • property owner. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. RESOLUTION PO. 13 & 14 Councilman Carnival moved that Resolution TABLING No. 13 & 14 be tabled until such time as staff can present a suitable plan to Council. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. RESOLUTION NO. 19 Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 19 per- STATE LOTTERY raining to the State Lottery. Mr. Stahl stated that the money raised from the lottery would go into parks and recreation programs throughout the state by way of the Conservation Trust Fund. After discussion Councilman DelPizso moved that Resolution No. 19. be adopted. Se- conded by Councilman Pauson. Motion car- ried. 6-0. LEUKEMIA SPECIAL EVENTS Attorney Joss reported that the application LIQUOR LICENSE SET PUBLIC is in order for the date of June Z9 1980. REARING Councilman Caravel. moved that a public bearing be set for June 3, 1980, and notice posted as the same. Seconded by Council- • man Carnival. Motion carried 6-0.
