<br /> PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO <br /> HELD ON APRIL 18, 1989 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville, Boulder County, <br />Colorado, met in session at a regular meeting on April 18, 1989 at 7:30 <br />p.m. in said Municipality. <br /> Present: Mayor Fauson and Councilmembers <br /> -- ------ <br /> Ferrera, Carnival, Scarpella, Mohr, Anderson and Sackett <br /> --.---.--- <br /> and City Clerk: Pam Ferris . <br /> Absent: none . <br /> -------- <br /> Public Service Company of Colorado, acting by Hank Bortz <br /> , <br />its East Boulder District Supervisor , Boulder Division, then <br />filed with the Council its NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FRANCHISE AMENDMENT <br />BY PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO which application was duly read to <br />the City Council. <br /> The City Clerk then presented to the City Council the affidavit <br />of the editor and/or publisher of the Louisville Times, showinq that said <br />NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FRANCHISE AMENDMENT BY PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF <br />COLORADO had been published in said newspaper on March 29, April 5 and <br />April 12, 1989, on which the affidavit of publication was ordered made a <br />part of the records of the municipality. <br /> It appearing that all necessary steps had been taken to enable <br />the municipality to permit the franchise amendment applied for to be <br />introduced and read at length for the first time at this meeting, the <br />Mayor directed the City Clerk to read in full the proposed franchise <br />amendment to the Council and after the same had been read it was moved by <br /> MRyor FRll!'lOn , seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Mohr , that <br /> . <br />
