Council- <br /> man Domenico moved that Ordinance No. 687 <br /> be ordered published and a public hearing <br /> be set for Jul 15, 1980. Seconded <br /> cilaan Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ORDINANCE r0. 688 A11 members of Council had before them a <br /> OVERSIZE VEHICLES copy of Ordinance No. 688 for their review <br /> FIRST READING and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance <br /> on first reading by title only. <br /> Councilman Caranci coved that Ordinance No. <br /> 688 be ordered published and a public <br /> bearing be net for July 15, 1980. Se- <br /> onded by Councilman Heier. Notion carried <br /> 5-1. <br /> McREE VS. CITY OF LOUSVILLE Attorney Joss reported that oral arguments <br /> were held on the suit and it would be <br /> several months before any decision is made <br /> by the court. <br /> RESOLUTION p0. 24 Attorney Joss stated that the Planning <br /> ANDERSON FINAL PLAT Commission had agreed on the Final Plat <br /> APPROVAL. and Subdivision; however it had not been <br /> signed. Mr. Anderson and the Planning <br /> Commission have agreed on some changes. <br /> He suggested that Council could approve <br /> the final plat and subdivision resolution <br /> with the understanding it would not be <br /> recorded until the final agreement is <br /> signed by all parties. <br /> Mr. Denny Drumm represented Mr. Anderson <br /> and stated the total annexation was <br /> approximately one acre - 2/3rds of the <br /> acre to be developed. The subdivision <br /> provides for 4 lots - there is an exist- <br /> ing house on the southwest, 3 new units <br /> will be built. Water lines will be •x- <br /> tan ad c damn 11 welt to the sate with ry s <br /> from property owners that are and ail3 <br /> annex to the city to reimburse Mr. Ander- <br /> son for his expense when they tap on. <br /> Councilman Carnival inquired if the City <br /> had made provisions for the improvements <br /> of Daly Road and the extension of Roose- <br /> velt Ave.?
