CITY OF LOUSVILLE Attorney Joss reported that oral arguments <br /> were held on the suit and it would be <br /> several months before any decision is made <br /> by the court. <br /> RESOLUTION p0. 24 Attorney Joss stated that the Planning <br /> ANDERSON FINAL PLAT Commission had agreed on the Final Plat <br /> APPROVAL. and Subdivision; however it had not been <br /> signed. Mr. Anderson and the Planning <br /> Commission have agreed on some changes. <br /> He suggested that Council could approve <br /> the final plat and subdivision resolution <br /> with the understanding it would not be <br /> recorded until the final agreement is <br /> signed by all parties. <br /> Mr. Denny Drumm represented Mr. Anderson <br /> and stated the total annexation was <br /> approximately one acre - 2/3rds of the <br /> acre to be developed. The subdivision <br /> provides for 4 lots - there is an exist- <br /> ing house on the southwest, 3 new units <br /> will be built.
