Resolution 816 - Cemetery Transfer Acknowledgement. V. have been able to work out with the Eights of Pythias the transfer of their portion of the cemetery to the Ilk They plan to be in samara= at the Council Meeting. I it is important that they be acknowledged and they did a good job for the City over the years in their involvement in the cemetery and now have chosen to transfer the lots to the City. G. Ordinance .8695 - Regal Investment Rezoning - let Reading Set Public Rearing. Copy of ordinance is enclosed re- questing rezoning from RA to Professional Office to acccomo- date proposed medical plans. Suggested date for public hearing is September 2, 1980. Item 7. City Administrators Report A. South Boulder Road Pedestrian Study - Report. Enclosed is a copy of the pedestrian study done by the Engineering Dept. During the process of doing the car counts they had some problems with the counters and we will have the auto study by next council mooting for certain. The City Engineer did give as an up-dated progress report and it is cowing along nicely now B. Cable TV Report - I intend to submit the analysis of our review of what has been submitted on Cable TV, and our visit to Brighton on Jones to sae how they did their store in Loveland. Also visited the office of Coaxial people who are partners in Louisville Communications. We were unable to visit any locations of the Colorado Cable Group because they own two cable companies in the state - Akron and Yuma and were just too far.
