Ordinance 095 Masoning A Parole Louisville
North First Piling Second Reading Public Rearing
C. Ordinance #696 Water Tap Fee Calculation
First Reading
We have fomd it necessary to adjust the point factors
in our present method of calculating the water tap fees.
Many of the devices used in houses now utilise less
water and therefore, in all fairness the number of
points allowed per tap, especially in the smaller
tap range, should be adjusted. To accomodate this
we have increased the point range to 3/4" tap from
0 - 20 points to 0 -35 points. 1" tap from 21-40
points to 36-60 points and on an 1} tap from 41-120
points to 61-160 points and 2" tap from 121300 points
to 161-300 points and the larger taps remain the
same.
D. City Administrator Report
A. South Boulder Road
Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the memo relating
to this.
1. Concrete Ault Plant
On TZuesda we will be distributing a memo as relates
to this, but basically we have had a couple concrete
companies request consideration of establishing a
concrete bulk plant out on this site pf the mall, to
do the concrete on that structure and would be there
on a temporary basis as long as construction is going
on, on the call. The obvious up front benefit to the
City would be that we keep all the concrete trucks of
the street. We will have sore information in the memo
