He stated that he has talked with some students and felt that if the City would try to work with the students so they would have somewhere to go after games may be beneficial for the City. Councilman Delpizzo stated that if the 10:00 curfew is approved, it must include the ball parks and be closed at that time. It was noted by Councilman Cummings that a time extension permit can be issued in those types of instances. TABLED This item was tabled. RESOLUTION NO. 36 Mr. Chuck Bellock gave a presentation on the REGAL INVESTMENT proposed medical facility along with the FINAL PLAT A P.U.D. townhouses. He stated that there are approx- imately 82 parking spaces for the medical facility. He noted that they do have some doctors lined up for the facility and if all is in order they would be submitting for a building per- mit this week. After comments, Attorney Joss read Resolution . No. 36 in full. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No.36 Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0 ELECTION DATE Attorney Joss reported that they are submitting CENTENNIAL VALLEY a position statement relative to the election ANNEXATION dare to the judge, who will in turn set the date for the Centennial Valley Annexation election.
