Motion carried 6-0. <br /> AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE cation was in order and was for New <br /> APPLICATION Year's Eve from 6:00 P.K. Dec. 31, 1980 <br /> to 2:00 A.K. January 1, 1981. Council- <br /> man Fauson moored that the American Legion <br /> Special Events License be posted and <br /> a public hearing be set for December 2, <br /> 1980. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> RESOLUTION #37 - PINE All council members had before them a <br /> ST. PLAZA - FINAL PLAT copy of Resolution #37, Series 1980. <br /> AND PUD Attorney Joss read the resolution in <br /> its entirety. <br /> Mr. Rick Bowler, 2563 .V. :Chesser: Drive <br /> Adams County, Colorado represented <br /> Denise's International Restaurant. <br /> The location - southwest corner of <br /> Pine St. and Colorado Highway 42 (East <br /> Street) . <br /> Mr. Bowler stated the project would be <br /> done in 3 phases. <br /> Phase I - Denise's International Restaurant <br /> Phase II - Restaurant Expansion - Banquet <br /> Roos <br /> Phase III - Professional office building. <br /> Phase I to be completed first,, Bowler shoved <br /> designs. The area nearest the corner <br /> intersection of Pine and 42 will be <br /> dedicated as improved park area to <br /> compliment the park area across the street <br /> and north of the property. Phase I will <br /> also include improvement of East Steet, <br /> paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks and <br /> landscaping. ..
