Mayor Caranci opened the . <br /> HEARING public hearing and asked if there was <br /> anyone in the audience in favor of the <br /> rezoning. <br /> Victor Caranci of Estes Park, owner of <br /> the property stated he wished the <br /> to be rezoned from agriculture to Resi- <br /> dential Low Density (IL) and proposed <br /> ' to build single family and a townhouse <br /> development. <br /> Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone <br /> opposed to the rezoning ordinance. None. <br /> He then continued the hearing and <br /> asked for remarks from Council. <br /> Councilman Meier inquired if any land <br /> for parks would be iven to the City. <br /> Community Director Rupp informed his <br /> that it had been and it would fit in <br /> with the Hocheder land when it is annexed. <br /> Councilman Carnival asked how many units <br /> would be included in the RL density. <br /> Director Rupp advised 3 - 3b units <br /> per acre' - a total of 60 to 7.0 unite <br /> in the development. <br /> Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. <br /> ORDINANCE #701 Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br /> APPROVAL #701 be adopted.
