MHO Page - 2 -
B. Also enclosed is the information relating this
as well as the resolution from the Planning Com-
mission recommending the proposed zoning.
C. Ordinance #715 - Zoning Amendments, 2nd Reading
Public Hearing.
Copy of ordinance enclosed as well as a copy of
the resoluoion from the Planning Commission recom-
mending that the changes be adopted.
D. Urban Drainage and Flood Control Agreement.
We hope to have the signed copy in our hands with the
figures inserted; but we won't have that available
until Monday, April 6th. We will distribute it on
Monday - it is the same agreement that the Council
approved a couple weeks ago. The only difference is
we will have the name of the Engineer involved - it
will be signed by Urban Drainage, plus it will have
the actual dollars outlined in it.
B. Superior Wastewater Agreement.
I am sending along a copy of the proposed agreement
between the two cities regarding wastewater. I
will distribute a separate memo on this because it is
little more complicated.
C. Police Radios
Enclosed is a recommendation from the Police Chief
that we change our police radio communications from
Broomfield to Boulder. The information outlines the
