This is in addition to time set <br /> aside for watering the field. Mr. Hioco <br /> asked whom Mr. Grover spoke with in his <br /> department - he informed him he did not <br /> get his name, but knew it was not Director <br /> Hioco. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Attorney Rautenstraus advised the ordinance <br /> ORDINANCE #724 - AMENDING was up for let reading snd was asking council's <br /> ELECTRIC CODE - 1ST READING permission to publish it. He read the ordin- <br /> ance by title only and stated basically the <br /> fees for electrical inspections had been <br /> slightly altered. <br /> PUBLICATION Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance #724 <br /> Amending Electric Code be put out for pub- <br /> lication. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> ORDINANCE #725 - WATER BONDS- Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by <br /> 1ST READING title only. Purpose of the ordinance was <br /> to issue general obligation bonds in the <br /> amount of $350,000 for extending and im- <br /> proving the waterworks system. <br /> PUBLICATION Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance #725 <br /> Water Bonds be put out for publication. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br /> Councilman Meier Expressed his concern that our present revenues <br /> from water charges did not cover our operating <br /> and maintenance expenses. <br /> Dunn Krahl, representative of the Boettcher <br /> and Co. advised the difference from the audit <br /> procedures and the way the City is allowed to <br /> pay for bonds is from tap fees - not 0 & M <br /> charges. <br />
