. • <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 1 1981 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. with the <br /> following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, <br /> Meier, and Domenico. Also present were: City Attorney Rautenstraus, <br /> Director of Community Development Rupp, Lt. Wahman, Chief Accountant <br /> Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, Director of Community Services Hioco <br /> and Acting City Clerk Nudrock. Absent: Administrator Wurl, City Treasurer <br /> Hesson and Police Chief Leesman. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of August <br /> 18, 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded <br /> • by Councilman Domenico. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised council <br /> BOULDER VALLEY POW WOW SPECIAL the property had been posted and the <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - special events liquor license was for <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Labor Day , September 7, 1981 from 2:00 <br /> P.M. - 5:00 P.M. <br /> Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br /> and asked if there was anyone in the <br /> audience in favor of the application - none. <br /> Opposed - none. Council comments - none. <br /> Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the special <br /> events liquor license for the Pow Wow be <br /> granted for the hours specified for Labor <br /> Day, September 7, 1981. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Brown. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS None <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br /> ORDINANCE # 732 - AMENDING by title only and the request was for pub- <br /> ELECTRIC CODE - 1ST READING lication on first reading. <br /> PUBLICATION Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance #732 <br /> Amending Electric Code be put out for pub- <br /> lication. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> Councilman Meier Inquired if the amendment referred to costs <br /> relative to the conduit on homes. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the conduit <br /> requirement was too restricitve increasing <br /> the cost, and really didn't meet with the <br /> Nat' l Electric Code. <br />
