Black Diamond Saloon - Request to alter premises. Enclosed is application to alter premises at the slack Diamond Saloon so that the patio portion may be utilized during the winter. A copy of the plan is also enclosed and Rick Ross will be in attendance to answer questions you may have. I. Hater Agreement. A copy of the agreement was not available when the packets were assembled - plan to have it for distribution to the Council on Monday - consists of 12 shares of Davidson Ditch Water that the crocks wish to sell to the City. 5. At the last Council meeting this item was rescheduled for this meeting. The information and annexation plats, as well as the Planning Commission's recommendation, was distributed to you in your packet of October 20th. Rather than duplicating all this material we are asking you to refer to that packet for review. B. Ordinance #739 - Dutch Creek Annexation Phase II - 2nd Reading Public Hearing. The same applies here the information had been previously distributed council in your October 20th packet. C. Ordinance #740 - Dutch Creek Zoning - 2nd Reading Public Hearing. This information was also distributed in the Oct. 20th packet. D. Ordinance #741 - Williams & Associates Rezoning - 2nd Reading Public Hearing. Also in 10/20/81 packet E. Ordinance #743 - Amending Merit Pay & Employee Classification 1st Reading. As was indicated at budget sessions that we would revamp the employee classification section and the merit pay section. This was prepared and is being presented to Council so that it could be passed by the first of the year.
