American Legion Special Events Liquor License - Public Hearing. <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to their request. <br /> B. Coal Creek Junction - Liquor License Renewal. <br /> The information relating to this request is enclosed. <br /> C. Royal Food Mart - 3.2 Beer License Application - Set date <br /> for Public Hearing. <br /> The action here is to set a date for the public hearing; suggested <br /> date is your meeting of January 5, 1982. <br /> D. Amendment to the Annexation Agreement - Centennial Valley <br /> Sometime back I sent out information outlining the proposed <br /> amendment to the agreement; enclosing that same information in <br /> the packet. This might change because the people from Homart <br /> representing Sears and Jacobs/Kahan are coming in today and <br /> there might be some last minute changes. If this happens, we <br /> will enclose the latest proposal in the packet. <br /> E. Agreement - Colorado Dept. of Highways - Jacobs/Kahan Et Al <br /> City of Louisville - Superior Interchange. <br /> The agreement is the same as the one distributed previously. We <br /> won't enclose a copy; however if any of you do not have a copy. <br /> please call me and I will see that you get one. It is rather <br /> lengthy and I didn't want to duplicate it any more than necessary. <br />
