Trousil Request - Outside Water and Sewer Tap <br /> The Director of Community Development, John Rupp, has been in <br /> communication with Boulder County and enclosed is a memo report- <br /> ing his findings which he will elaborate on at the Council meeting. <br /> B. Black Diamond Saloon_ - Liquor License Renewal <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to this renewal along with <br /> the incident report from the Police Dept. <br /> C, L.D.C. Agreement <br /> Per Council's instructions , the City Attorney has prepared the <br /> agreement and is submitted for formal approval by City Council . <br /> Item 6. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 7. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Mayor's Proclamation - National Police Week <br /> B. Ordinance #757 - Sentencing of Minors - 2nd Reading <br /> C. Ordinance #758 - Salary Schedule - Councilmembers - 1st Reading <br /> This was requested by the Mayor and corrects the problem previously <br /> discussed as relates to what was actually intended for the Council <br /> to be paid versus what was contained in the ordinance, which was <br /> a typographical error. <br />
