Section 7. If the City Council concludes, by resolution, that all statutory requirements <br />have been met and that the proposed annexation is proper under the laws of the State of Colorado, <br />the City Council may pass one or more ordinances annexing the subject property to the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br /> Section 8. The property proposed for annexation is subject to the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement, Southeast Boulder County, South 96th Street, Dillon Road and US 287 Area <br />Comprehensive Development Plan, dated February 18, 1999, as amended (the "Plan"). Nothing <br />herein is intended or shall be construed to affect the applicability of such Plan to the property, or to <br />affect the terms, conditions and development limitations set forth in the Plan. <br /> <br /> Section 9. The territory for which annexation is requested in the petition does not meet <br />the specifications of {}31-12-106(1), C.R.S.
