Drumm stated this could be made readily available to the City, and as clarification for Councilwoman Morris stated that the City is now a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Councilman Leary Wished to clarify the statement in the letter that stated he or she cannot support the Chamber - he felt that all members supported the Chamber but were not dues paying members . Councilman Cussen Wished clarification if the amount to be contributed would be a separate item. Mayor Meier advised that it would be. ACCEPTANCE OF CHAMBER OF Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Cummings COMMERCE LETTER AS AN that the letter from the Louisville Chamber AGREEMENT of Commerce be accepted as an agreement with the word change in item 2 of "dues" to grant. Dennis Drumm In answer to Councilwoman Morris ' inquiry stated 600 moos were printed at a cost of approximately $5 ,000.00, and stated perhaps their entire/this year would go for printing. budget CHESTNUT REQUEST - REQUEST Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary FOR LEAVE OF ABSENCE seconded that Laurie Chestnut be granted an additional 6-week leave of absence as recommended by the Director of Public Safety.
