Items enclosed should be accepted and brought up under the proper <br /> head of business. <br /> Item 5. Council Items <br /> A. Louisville Liquor Mart - Approval of the Modification of <br /> Premises. <br /> Their proposal is to expand into a vacant section of the <br /> building and utilize the Walnut St . entrance as well as <br /> the Main St. entrance. Copy of the information relating <br /> to their request is enclosed. <br /> B. Coloradoans for Recycling - Mr. Milt Strickler <br /> Copies were distributed to you previously of information that <br /> they had sent us. Mr. Strickler will be in attendance on <br /> Tuesday evening to visit with Council about the program. <br /> C. Street Name Discussion - Historical Commission <br /> There has been some discussion going on in the past between <br /> the members of the Historical Commission and I think Council- <br /> man Leary, as to the possibility of namtng City streets in the <br /> future. either after public officials or people in the pri- <br /> vate life who have done a lot for our City, and the Histori- <br /> cal Commission would like to discuss this with Council . <br /> Item 6. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 7. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Ordinance #768 - Tax Rebate <br /> This ordinance is designed to provide the rebate to the low <br /> income elderly that Council requested at the time of the in- <br /> crease in water and sewer fees and charges. <br />
