Page -2-
C. Resolution #26 - Comprehensive Plan Amendments - Public
Hearing.
As you will recall Council rescheduled the public hearing
to this date to review and discuss the comp plan amendments.
D. Resolution #27 - Emergency Preparedness.
The City Attorney has prepared a resolution designating those
officials in charge of the emergency preparedness program.
They are also requesting we set a date for a study session
to review the proposal.
Item 8. City Administrator' s Report
A. Federal Aid Urban Systems - Plan Approval.
We are requesting that Council approve the plan developed
jointly between the City of Lafayette, ourselves and
Boulder County as relates to our area designated, within
"hich we want to eventually spend the Federal Urban Systems
money that is allocated to the City. In order to get
Federal Aid for our street system we must adopt an Urbar.
Systems map. The City Engineer has prepared a map showing
our street designs and the urban boundary; and a memo briefly
explaining the program.
B. Coal Creek Water Standards - Report
Under separate cover I will send you a memo up-dating Council
on this item. We did receive in the mail just this week our
permit and are in the process of reviewing it , and will
have a written recommendation for the Council meeting.
C. Lafayette City Council Joint Meeting - Report
We really don' t have anything further to report on this.
D. Medical Center Planning Meeting - Report .
I have met with the hospital people; they indicated they are
prepared to meet anytime. I also talked to the City Manager
of Lafayette and he indicated they would be willing to meet
anytime after their Planning Commission had met with the
hospital people, which transpired last Tuesday. So, hope-
fully by Tuesday night we will actually have a date set for
that meeting.
E. Water Agreement - Marion Clyncke
We have an opportunity to purchase another 1 share of
Davidson Ditch water from Marion Clyncke.
Item 9. Council Comments and Committee Reports
item 10. Approval of the Bills
Item 11. Adjournment.
