Resolution #34 - Hillside Square - Final Plat <br /> This item was tabled at the last Council meeting and we <br /> are now requesting consideration and formal approval of the <br /> plat by the Council. <br /> C. Ordinance #775 - Service Expansion Fees Increase - 1st Reading. <br /> This is in keeping with what was discussed during the budget <br /> sessions that Council would support an increase in the Service <br /> Expansion Fees, and the budget was prepared on the basis that <br /> this would be approved. <br /> D. Ordinance #776 - Personnel Policy Change - 1st Reading. <br /> We requested during budget consideration, Council consider <br /> changing the anniversary date of employees hired pre January <br /> 1. 1982 that their anniversary date would be January 1st of <br /> each year. We are submitting this ordinance so that change <br /> can be effected. <br /> E. Ordinance #777 - Regal Investment Co . Rezoning - 1st Reading <br /> Set date for public hearing. <br /> The suggested date for the public hearing would be November <br /> 16, 1982 . <br /> F. Koshier Burrito - Report <br /> The City Attorney will give a verbal report as requested <br /> by Council on the problem at the Koshier Burrito relating to <br /> their advertising as a Night Club. <br /> Item 8 . City Administrator's Report <br /> A. Federal Aid Urban Systems - Map Update Approval. <br /> The Council formally approved our map as developed by the Staff <br /> along with input from Boulder County on Federal Aid Systems. <br /> There have been some modifications by the Feds and the State <br /> and we are requesting your approval of the updated map . <br /> B. Small Cities Grant - Report <br /> Enclosed you will find a public notice for citizen partici- <br /> pation relating to our proposed Small Cities Grant ; also a <br /> map that reflects the location of the proposed project . In <br /> addition, John Rupp will make a presentation at the meeting. <br /> C. Denver Water Dept. -- Contract <br /> As you know Council approved a 1% involvement in the proposed <br /> Denver Water Contract . At that time it was not known exactly <br />
