. 410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 5 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville. Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7 :36 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons : COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris , Donald Cummings , Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrvck, City Clerk ABSENT: August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the min- utes of the regular meeting of September 21 , 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the ap- 7-11 SOUTHLAND CORP. 3 .2 placation was in order and a memo from the BEER LICENSE RENEWAL Police Department indicated there were no incidents on the premises. APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the 7-11 Southland Corp . 3.2 Beer License be renewed. Question called for. All in favor . Motion carried unanimously. AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL Mayor Meier advised that the American Legion EVENTS APPLICATIONS was requesting special events liquor appli- cations for four dates - November 6 , 1982 December 3, 1982 December 11, 1982 December 31, 1982 The suggested date for the public hearing was October 19, 1982 .
