• 110 Rana MEETING I JISVILLE CLTY mum _ OC` mum 19, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. M.D.S.T, There being present at the call of the roll the following persons : COUNCILM (BERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrara, Don Cummings , Susen Morris , Michael Cussen, and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: William ;lesson, City Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the min- utes of the regular meeting of October 5 , 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business . Question called for . All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the proper EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE posting was made at the location, and the PUBLIC HEARING application was in order. Mayor Meier asked if there was a presentation to be made by the applicant or by the staff. None . Anyone in opposition to the application. None . Anyone in favor of the application. None. Council comments - none. Mayor Meier then closed the public hearing. APPROVAL Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the American Legion Special Events Liquor applications be approved for November 6 , December 3 , December 11 , and December 31, 1982 . Question called for . All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. OLD 'LOUISVILLE INN - LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the applica- LICENSE RENEWAL tion was in order. APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrere seconded that the Old Louisville Inn Liquor License be renewed . Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
