Mayor Norbert Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. M.D.S.T, There being present at <br /> the call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILM (BERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrara, Don Cummings , <br /> Susen Morris , Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: William ;lesson, City Treasurer <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the min- <br /> utes of the regular meeting of October 5 , 1982 <br /> as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of business . <br /> Question called for . All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br /> AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the proper <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE posting was made at the location, and the <br /> PUBLIC HEARING application was in order. <br /> Mayor Meier asked if there was a presentation <br /> to be made by the applicant or by the staff. <br /> None . Anyone in opposition to the application. <br /> None . Anyone in favor of the application. None. <br /> Council comments - none. Mayor Meier then <br /> closed the public hearing. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that the American Legion Special Events <br /> Liquor applications be approved for November 6 , <br /> December 3 , December 11 , and December 31, 1982 . <br /> Question called for . All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> OLD 'LOUISVILLE INN - LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the applica- <br /> LICENSE RENEWAL tion was in order. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrere <br /> seconded that the Old Louisville Inn Liquor <br /> License be renewed . Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
