Action requested is Council's authori- zation for the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for Council 's consideration on the redistricting. H. Eicher Request - De-annexation. Ordinance #783 - Adopting Uniform Plumbing Code 1982 - 2nd Reading - Public Hearing. Copy enclosed - Chief Building Inspector Ferris will be in attendance to answer any questions Council may have on all the above codes . E. Ordinance #784 - Public Notices - 1st Reading.
