REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 15 1983 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7 :37 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILM SERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br /> Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Raucenstraus, City Attorney <br /> John Rupp , Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br /> the regular meeting of March 1 , 1983 as <br /> presented. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Fauson moved, Council Ferrera <br /> seconded that the agenda be approved as <br /> presented. Question called :or. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved. Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Councilmembers had a copy of a letter from <br /> R.E. TROUSIL REQUEST - Mr. Trousil for this request . <br /> WATER SERVICE Administrator Wurl advised he had built a <br /> paint shop near the City shops and had ini- <br /> tially requested water and sewer services <br /> approximately 6 months ago, and was denied <br /> by council . This request was for fire pro- <br /> tection purposes exclusively. <br /> Robert Trousil , 195 Contin- Stated his request was for a sprinkler system <br /> ental View Drive hook-up for fire protection; none for water <br /> comsuption as he has a well and ceptic system <br /> for his business . Stated his was a family <br /> business consisting of his wife and son. He <br /> planned to construct a brick office building <br /> and install some landscaping as well as a <br /> paved parking lot . Paint tanks would be in- <br />
