Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance as well as the recommendation of the Planning Commission and staff's recommendation. F. Ordinance #797 - Christman Annexation - let Reading. Set Date for Public Hearing. A copy is enclosed as well as the recommendation from Planning Commission and city staff along with a map depicting the area to be annexed. In back of the area of course will become City property primarily as open space and at some future time a right-of-way for the realignment of 96th Street. The suggested date for the public hearing is your meeting of June 7, 1983 . G. Ordinance #798 - Christman Zoning - lst Reading - Set date for Public Hearing. Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance along with the recommendation on zoning from the Planning Commission. Again the suggested date for this public hearing is June 7 . 1983 . H. Resolution #20 - DelPizzo Replat. A copy of this resolution is enclosed as well as recommendation of Planning Commission and staff. I. Mayor' s Proclamation - National Police Week Item 9. City Administrator' s Report A. RE-2 School District - Land Exchange Agreement We hope to have this available for your review and approval. As of this writing it is unavailable ; hopefully we can dis- tribute it on Monday so that the land exchange can be consummated and provide one for the school site south of Hillsborough West. Of course as a result of the exchange we would obtain the property to the west of the Middle School. B. :soulder County - Cherry Street Agreement Enclosed is a copy of this agreement providing for the cooperative effort on the part of the City with Boulder County to resurface that portion of Cherry Street and Daly Road that was torn up due to construction activity in the area. Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement so that we can proceed with the reconstruction of the roadway. Contemplated schedule is that the agreement will go to the Commissioners after your approval and hopefully will be signed by them early in the week and possibly begin the project in early June.
