Enclosed in the packet is a <br /> letter from Varra requesting two outside the city water taps <br /> for their property on So. 96th Avenue . <br /> B. Bob Ross - American Legion Fireworks Display - Mr. Ross will <br /> be in attendance at the Council meeting to review with the <br /> Council fireworks display schedule for this year. <br /> C. The White Front Liquor license transfer - Enclosed in the packet <br /> is the information relating to the proposed transfer. <br /> D. Charles Grosso- Track Inn request. Enclosed in the packet is <br /> a letter from Mr. Grosso requesting that Council authorize the <br /> serving of liquor on the patio at the Track Inn until 11 :00 P.M. <br /> In his original P.U.D. there was a stipulation that they could <br /> only serve in the Beer Carden until sundown and they have not <br /> had any problems with the Beer Garden and would like Councils <br /> authorization to extend that serving time until 11 :00 P.M. <br /> E. Powder River Construction - Pay estimate #1 on the water line <br /> replacement. Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay <br /> estimate and a letter from Rocky Mountain ConsultantR recommend- <br /> ing that payment be made in the amount of $43,954.38 which amount <br /> had already had the retainage of 107. deducted. It is the staff's <br /> recommendation also that this be paid. <br /> F. Jicinsky Construction Pay Estimate #1 on the Jenkins Sewer. <br /> Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate cs well <br /> as recommendation from Rocky Mountain Consultants that the estimate <br /> be paid in the amount of $6 ,684. 30.
