Council Items A. Varra request - water taps. Enclosed in the packet is a letter from Varra requesting two outside the city water taps for their property on So. 96th Avenue . B. Bob Ross - American Legion Fireworks Display - Mr. Ross will be in attendance at the Council meeting to review with the Council fireworks display schedule for this year. C. The White Front Liquor license transfer - Enclosed in the packet is the information relating to the proposed transfer. D. Charles Grosso- Track Inn request. Enclosed in the packet is a letter from Mr. Grosso requesting that Council authorize the serving of liquor on the patio at the Track Inn until 11 :00 P.M. In his original P.U.D. there was a stipulation that they could only serve in the Beer Carden until sundown and they have not had any problems with the Beer Garden and would like Councils authorization to extend that serving time until 11 :00 P.M. E. Powder River Construction - Pay estimate #1 on the water line replacement. Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate and a letter from Rocky Mountain ConsultantR recommend- ing that payment be made in the amount of $43,954.38 which amount had already had the retainage of 107. deducted. It is the staff's recommendation also that this be paid. F. Jicinsky Construction Pay Estimate #1 on the Jenkins Sewer. Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate cs well as recommendation from Rocky Mountain Consultants that the estimate be paid in the amount of $6 ,684. 30. This also is a staff
