Council comments - none. <br /> Mayor pro-tem Fauson closed the public hearing. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrara <br /> seconded that the American Legion Special <br /> Events liquor license applications be approved <br /> for June 4-5, 1983; July 23-24, 1983; August <br /> 13-14, 1983 and September 5 , 1983. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> BLUE PARROT II - LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br /> LICENSE RENEWAL cation was in order and an incident report <br /> had been provided councilmembers by the Police <br /> Dept. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the Blue Parrot II liquor license <br /> be renewed. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS Councilmembers had a copy of the estimate, <br /> PAY ESTIMATE #2 WASTEWATER and a letter from Rocky Mountain Consultants <br /> PLANT recommending payment. <br /> PAYMENT AUTHORIZED Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that Pay Estimate #2 be authorized <br /> for payment to Western Empire Constructors Inc. <br /> in the amount of $57,804.12 - 36% of the esti- <br /> mate; the balance being paid by Homart. <br /> Question called for . All in favor . Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC SERVICE CO. - APPROVAL Councilmembers had a copy of the costs sub- <br /> OF INCREASED COSTS - WASTEWATER witted by Rocky Mountain Consultants recommend- <br /> H! ing council authorize the increase. <br /> At the request of Councilman Cussen for clari- <br /> fication City Engineer Blanchard advised that <br /> on street lights, Public Service gives esti- <br /> mates that are good for a specific time period, <br /> and if the project is delayed the original <br /> estimate was no longer valid and this is the <br /> up-dated cost. <br />
