APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrara seconded that the American Legion Special Events liquor license applications be approved for June 4-5, 1983; July 23-24, 1983; August 13-14, 1983 and September 5 , 1983. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. BLUE PARROT II - LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- LICENSE RENEWAL cation was in order and an incident report had been provided councilmembers by the Police Dept. APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the Blue Parrot II liquor license be renewed. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS Councilmembers had a copy of the estimate, PAY ESTIMATE #2 WASTEWATER and a letter from Rocky Mountain Consultants PLANT recommending payment. PAYMENT AUTHORIZED Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that Pay Estimate #2 be authorized for payment to Western Empire Constructors Inc. in the amount of $57,804.12 - 36% of the esti- mate; the balance being paid by Homart. Question called for . All in favor . Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC SERVICE CO. - APPROVAL Councilmembers had a copy of the costs sub- OF INCREASED COSTS - WASTEWATER witted by Rocky Mountain Consultants recommend- H! ing council authorize the increase. At the request of Councilman Cussen for clari- fication City Engineer Blanchard advised that on street lights, Public Service gives esti- mates that are good for a specific time period, and if the project is delayed the original estimate was no longer valid and this is the up-dated cost.
