ITEMS ENCLOSED SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AND BROUGHT UP UNDER THE PROPER HEAD OF BUSINESS. ITEM 7. COUNCIL ITEMS A. Safeway Stores Inc . - 3 . 2 beer license renewal . Enclose in the packet is the information , an application for Safeway renewal as well as a memorandum from the Chief of Police. B. Southland Corporation - Seven Eleven. 3. 2 beer license renewal . Their application for the renewal is enclosed in the packet , along with a memorandum from the Police Chief. C. Council Meeting November 2 . 2983 - Since that is election night , we are asking Council to rescheduled the Council meeting to November 3 , 1983 , the following Thursday . D. Sabells Inc . Pay Estimate No . 4 - Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate , as well as a recommendation per memorandums recommending. that the Council authorize pay estimate number 4. E. Sabells Inc . Change Order No. 7 Parks - A copy of the purposed change order was negotiate so that we could ahead to the city electric code . Recommending that change order number 7 be approved by the Council . F . Board of Appeals Appointments - Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the advertisement for vacancies on the Board of Appeals, and also letters from Ray Sears . Herb paddock Jr . , and Michael A. Beitzel , who are interested in serving on the board . G. Doug Fowler has asked for permission to speak to Council which relates to Boulder County Crime Stopper . ITEM 8.
