Ordinance #808 - Louisville Associates - Rezoning. First <br /> reading. Set date for public hearing. <br /> A copy of the ordinance is enclosed for your review. The <br /> information relating to this request has been distributed <br /> previously. The suggested date for the public hearing is <br /> December 6, 1983. <br /> B. Ordinance #810 - Salary and Job Classification - First reading. <br /> As a result of the budget process, various changes were recom- <br /> mended regarding the ordinance on positions, classifications, <br /> and salary schedule. A copy of the ordinance is enclosed for <br /> council's review Requested action is that it be passed on <br /> first reading and authorized for publication. <br /> C. Ordinance #811 - Water Tap Fee Increase - First Reading. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance for your review. This <br /> was also discussed at the budget sessions and it was recommended <br /> that the tap fee be increased by $500 - $5,000 for a 3/4 inch <br /> tap, which necessitates increasing fees for the larger taps. <br /> Recommedation is that council pass the ordinance on first <br /> reading and authorize publication. <br /> D. Ordinance #812 - Service Expansion Fee Increase - First Reading. <br /> As above, this item was discussed at budget sessions and recom- <br /> mendations were made relative to increases in the Service Ex- <br /> N.nsion Fee. This ordinance reflects those suggested changes; <br /> recommendation is that council pass the ordinance on first <br /> reading and authorize publication. <br /> E. Ordinance #813 - Alley Vacation - Basden <br /> A copy of this ordinance is enclosed as well as information re- <br /> lating to this, for your consideration. <br /> F. Resolution #44 - Highway 287 <br /> The City of Lafayette has requested that council pass this <br /> resolution; a copy of this is enclosed as well as a letter <br /> from the City Administrator of Lafayette. <br /> G. McStain Master Plan - Centennial Valley Annexation Agreement <br /> McStain wants to submit their proposed master plan, which <br /> has been reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission, to <br /> council and are proposing changes in their annexation agreement <br /> relating to permit totals. <br /> H. Water Rebate Policy - Discussion <br /> The City Attorney would like to discuss with the council some <br /> suggested changes in the water rebate system that was adopted <br /> last year. <br />
