Boulder County - Letter of Intent - Interogvernmental Agreement At the same meeting metnioned in Item C relating to the general outline of how the acquisition of open space areas could be acquired, initially what the County Commissioners want is a letter of intent to develop an agreement to pre- serve the open areas between the cities of Louisville and Lafayette with the understanding that the specific mechanisms would be developed later, after the cities have had an opportunity to thoroughly review those. Recommendation is that council authorize the letter of intent to be sent to the Boulder County Commissioners indicating our support to develop an agreement to preserve the area between the two cities. E. Cemetery Expansion Preliminary Plan - Presentation. Enclosed is a memo from Director August Hioco outlining what he intends to cover by way of his presentation. Additionally he will be in attendance to present the preliminary plan to council for your comments. F. Boulder County Concrete - Pay Estimate No. 3 - Concrete Replacement. A copy of tae pay estimate is enclosed and recommendation is that council authorize payment of the same. G. 1984 State Highway Request - Information update. A memorandum from Director of Public Works, Karl Kasch is enclosed updating council on the 1984 State Highway requests. Director Kasch will be in attendance to answer any questions relating to this.
