Ordinance 0811 - Water Tap Fee Increase - 2nd Reading Public Hearing. A copy of this ordinance is enclosed for Council's review, and has been properly advertised for public hearing for this meeting. D. Ordinance #812- Service Expansion Fee Increase - 2nd Reading Public Hearing. A copy is enclosed for Council's review and as above proper notice has been published as relates to the public hearing. E. Ordinance #813 - Basden Alley Vacation - 2nd Reading A copy is enclosed for Council' s review. F. Ordinance #815 - Elderly Tax Relief Amendment - 1st Reading This is a matter that was discussed with Council relative to the amendment of the water rebate rate changes. G. McStain - Annexation Agreement Amendment. McStain has requested that this matter be placed on the agenda for Council' s consideration. A copy of a proposed agreement is enclosed as well as letter from McStain outlining their request. ITEM 10. City Administrator' s Report A. Sabell' s - Pay Estimate #6 - Final Parks Copy is enclosed of the pay estimate and final payment on the parks improvements at Joe Carnival Park and Keith Helart Park. B. Western Empire Construction - Pay Estimate i8 - Wastewater Plant The pay request is enclosed as well as recommendation from the engineers that pay estimate #8 be autorized by Council. C. Louisville Community Corp. Cable TV - Price Increase Enclosed is a copy of a letter relating to the proposed rate increase. D. Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints - Memo A copy of memo is enclosed wherein the Church is requesting that they be granted a conditional Certificate of Occupancy, with permission to do the balance of the landscaping in the spring of 1984 . Since requirements were placed upon the Church by the Council, Council requested that this item appear before them for consideration.
