W ITEM 8. ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA. ITEM 9. CITY ATTORNEY 'S REPORT A . ORDINANCE NO. 814 - MAJOR THOROUGHFARE INCREASE - 2nd Reading, Public Hearing . A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed in the packet . B. ORDINANCE NO. 815 -- ELDERLY TAX RELIEF AMENDMENT - 2nd Reading. A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for Council 's review. C. ORDINANCE NO. 816 - EMMISSIONS CONTROL AUTOMOBILE - 1st Reading. The Ordinance is requested by the Police Department in order that they might deal with violations of the Emmissions Control Law in Municipal Court rather than County Court . A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for Councils review. D. ORDINANCE NO. 817 - DISPOSITION OF CONFISCATED PROPERTY -- 1st Reading . Likewise this Ordinance is requested by the Police Department to provide them with authority to dispose of property that is confiscated by them in the course of their work . A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for Councils review. E. ORDINANCE NO. 818 -- ,YODEL ELEVATOR CODE - 1st Reading , set date for Public Hearing. This Ordinance is requested by the Building Inspection Department , and relates to the program established by DRCOG to provide area wide or regional elevator inspection service. A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed . The suggested date for the Public Hearing would be the Council meeting of January 17 , 1984 . F. RESOLUTION NO. 45 - HUNTERS RIDGE FINAL P.U .D. - A copy of the Resolution , as well as a recommendation of the Planning Commission is enclosed . Representatives of Columbine Homes will be in attendance to make a presentation as relates to this Planned Unit Development . G. RESOLUTION NO. 46. - CHRISTOPHER VILLAGE P.U .D. AMENDMENT - A copy of the Resolution and the information as well is a recommendation from the Planning Commission is enclosed for Councils review. Representatives of Christopher Village will be in attendance to make their presentation as relates to this proposed amendment .
