Also enclosed is a copy of a resolution transferring funds from surplus,skfficient monies to the Policeman Pension Fund to make the payment. ITEM LL. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT A. JICINSKY CONSTRUCTION CO. - FINAL PAY ESTIMATE - POOL BLDG. A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed; also it has been properly advertised based on that we recommend final payment to Jicinsky Construction Co, in the amount of $7,760. B. CHURCHILL - SALE AGREEMENT - GOODHUE DITCH A copy of the agreement is enclosed. Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Churchill Water Sale Agreement. C. GARY DART - ANNEXATION REQUEST Enclosed is a copy of Mr. Dart's letter, as well as a map depicting the area he wishes to annex. This is subject, of course, to whatever Council defines as a policy under the moritorium discussion. My recommendation is that the matter be referred to the Planning Commission for further review and study. D. REID BURTON CONSTRUCTORS - PAY ESTIMATE 113 PRE SED BASIN. A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed as well as recom- mendation that Council authorize payment. E. HYDRO CONSTRUCTION CO. - PAY ESTIMATE 413/CHANGE ORDER i2 This realates to the Marshall Lake Outlet Works and a copy of the pay estimate and change order are enclosed. Recom- mend Council authorize payment of pay estimate 113 and that you also approve Change Order 112 in the amount of $7,455, which is an adjustment made for pressure testing the pipe- line; provision of pipe plugs, reinforcing steel, and in- cidental construction. F. 1985 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM - PRESENTATION A copy of the program is enclosed along with a summary and an outline of the comments made by the Planning Commissions as well as the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting which reflect in more detail their comments. The program will be presented by the various department heads and we are requesting Council' s approval of the program so that the items approved can become a part of the proposed 1985 budget.
