I think it's just a blatant disregard for what <br /> you as a water user would expect people to do. There <br /> is alot of problems In that respect. If we can keep <br /> people in Ward 3 from watering when you are to be <br /> doing it, I think you'll have pressure enough, but we hale <br /> to wait and see. The <br /> watering restrictions state that I cannot put in a lawn. <br /> I have lived in Louisville for the past Say years and have <br /> been paying the water bills and was told that the last <br /> increase was a guarantee that we had water. A sizeable <br /> tap was paid by McStain and utliaately by me for the <br /> right to have some kind of a lawn. I feel there was <br /> a breach of contract with the City to me that I moved <br /> into a new subdivision in the city and that an emergency <br /> situation can come up in 2 weeks. Covenants require <br /> that a certain portion of the lot be landscaped within a <br /> 1 year time frame. With watering restrictions going <br /> into September, I'm faced to live with a mud hole until <br /> next year. I have to pay a full water bill and a tap <br /> and have no rights to any water except for the 2,000 <br /> gallons per month used for flushing the toilet and <br /> washing dishes. I see no reason why I should have to <br /> pay a full water bill when I can't have access to the <br /> water system. <br />
