• • REGULAR MEETING . __ _ . LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 7, 1984 The City Council of the City of Louisville net in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor bier called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following persons ware presents COUNCILMF.NCERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson, Hera Fauson, Susan Morris, and Rick Luce ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Karl Kitsch, Director of Public Works August Hioco, Director of Cc munity Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-�Caranci, Director of Financial Services Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector Bob Carpenter, City Engineer Ken Huson, Engineer Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier requested that Item 4. Approval of the regular agenda be deleted as he wished to make an addition to this. Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the consent agenda be approved with the deletion of item 4. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Mayor Meier added under Council items - Swim Team. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded approval of the regular agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS Katie Brookler, 130 S. Ms. Croakier stated that she came to the Cleveland council meeting to see what was going on and was surpised when she read the agenda and it contained items regarding water taps and more annexations. She stated that she couldn't put the lawn in at her house and was very concerned about the fact that this council might be considering allowing water taps. SWIM TEAM Mayor Meier stated recently the Louisville Swim Team asked him to present a trophy to the City Council for Director Hioco to dis- play in the City. The trophy was presented to the swim team by the Boulder Valley Swim
