Appointment to CML Policy Committee. Enclosed is the information and the request of the CML to have the person named by Sept. 14th . B. State of Colorado Executive Order Proclamation- Family Day Care Home Education week is Sept. 10-15 , 1984, as proclaimed by Gov. Lamm. C. Mayor' s Proclamation Alcohol Awareness Week . The designated week is October 7-13, 1984 . D. Steinbach Property Purchase. Information is enclosed in the contract for purchase . The City of Boulder approved the purchase on August 21st; Boulder County approved the purchase on August 29th. Closing on the property is scheduled in October. E. Howard Berry Water Treatment Plant Memo from Sharon along with the suggested variations the Council made on Dr. Zubrow 's Cash Flow Scenario #8. For discussion! F. Louisville Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bill Schuler prepared the information on this Item, ( ie) plant capacity and recommended time schedule for improvements . G. Louisville Winter Water Request - Denver Water Dept. The proposed request by the City of Louisville is the same as last year. Information is enclosed. H. Building Permit Moratorium. This is a discussion item at the Mayor's request. Item 10 City Attorney' s Report A. Ordinance No. 838 - Business Office Zone. 1st reading Set Public Hearing Copy enclosed. B. Ordinance No. 843 - Water Tap Fee Increase 1st reading Set public hearing Copy enclosed - this ordinance is related to the Council action on financing the Howard Berry Plant.
