Items 1 thru 7 Explanation is set forth Item 8 Public Comments Item 9 General Council Items: A. Double Happy Restaurant, Beer/Wine Liquor License Application, Public Hearing. Information enclosed . B. Presentation - New Vector Communications . Inc . Please see the enclosed letters ( 3) and the accompanying location map on this request. Also, please note the proposed site for the new communication tower will be a problem for the expansion of the Louisville Reservoir. When I visited with New Vector Communication in August, there was no indication where they might place the new co-facility with the Boulder County Sheriff 's office. C. Presentation - PRC/U.S . 36 Interchange Study This presentation is at the request of Council . PRC will be present at Tuesday 's meeting to highlight Phase 2 of this study and answer any questions that you may have. 0. Presentation - Ampersand/Signs for Downtown Parking. Please see Cathy Kasza 's memo and the attached informa- tion on the signing program. E . Letter - Beauprez-Piszek Property - Drainage matter. This is on the agenda at the request of the property owner 's attorney, Mr. Wallace Grant. As I understand this has been an on-going problem which has faced Louisville over the years . Engineering be- lieves a Master Drainage study for the area should be done to eventually resolve the problems . The matter is currently in the hands of the City's Insurance Company. F. Water Treatment Plant - Discussion Hopefully on-going discussion on this issue will be resolved by Tuesday ' s meeting. G. Building Permit Moratorium - Discussion Related to Item 9G.
