Double Happy Restaurant, Beer/Wine Liquor License <br /> Application, Public Hearing. Information enclosed . <br /> B. Presentation - New Vector Communications . Inc . <br /> Please see the enclosed letters ( 3) and the accompanying <br /> location map on this request. Also, please note the <br /> proposed site for the new communication tower will be a <br /> problem for the expansion of the Louisville Reservoir. <br /> When I visited with New Vector Communication in August, <br /> there was no indication where they might place the new <br /> co-facility with the Boulder County Sheriff 's office. <br /> C. Presentation - PRC/U.S . 36 Interchange Study <br /> This presentation is at the request of Council . PRC <br /> will be present at Tuesday 's meeting to highlight Phase 2 <br /> of this study and answer any questions that you may have. <br /> 0. Presentation - Ampersand/Signs for Downtown Parking. <br /> Please see Cathy Kasza 's memo and the attached informa- <br /> tion on the signing program. <br /> E . Letter - Beauprez-Piszek Property - Drainage matter. <br /> This is on the agenda at the request of the property <br /> owner 's attorney, Mr. Wallace Grant. <br /> As I understand this has been an on-going problem which <br /> has faced Louisville over the years . Engineering be- <br /> lieves a Master Drainage study for the area should be <br /> done to eventually resolve the problems . The matter <br /> is currently in the hands of the City's Insurance Company. <br /> F. Water Treatment Plant - Discussion <br /> Hopefully on-going discussion on this issue will be <br /> resolved by Tuesday ' s meeting. <br /> G. Building Permit Moratorium - Discussion <br /> Related to Item 9G. <br />
