411 110 <br /> February 13th - 9:00 a.m. Review of draft by <br /> the Study Committee <br /> February 20th - 7/7:30 p.m. Public Hearing and <br /> PRC presentation of report to <br /> the public (invitations are <br /> forthcoming from PRC.) <br /> February 27th - 9:00 a.m. Review and summary of <br /> Public Hearing and comments. <br /> The final Report will be completed by March 1985 <br /> for distribution. <br /> Council expressed concerns with receiving <br /> information in time to analyze the results as - <br /> there has been an abundant amount of time end <br /> money expended in participating in the study. The <br /> time period that Council has to react on this <br /> study is insufficient and the public also would <br /> have little time to digest the information and <br /> react at the Public Hearing. <br /> Rupp suggested that at the February 20th meeting, <br /> they continue the Public Hearing date to review <br /> findings. <br /> Mayor Meier moved that the Public Hearing set for <br /> February 20, 1985, for the U.S. 36 Study be either <br /> continued or postponed if information is not <br /> received by Council and the public in time for <br /> assessment prior to the hearing. Leary seconded , <br /> and the motion was passed unanimously. <br /> Fauson asked that the Planning Commission respond <br /> giving their evaluation of the proposal if they <br /> receive information by their February 12, 1985, <br /> regular meeting. <br /> BROOMFIELD ANNEXATION Hundley met with the Broomfield planning <br /> consultant charged with developing the Master Plan <br /> update for the annexed ' territory south of <br /> Louisville. Hundley also met with Broomfield City <br /> Manager , George DeCiero, who suggested that as <br /> soon as the draft comprehensive plan update for <br /> this area is complete the respective City Council <br /> members could meet and discuss the issues related <br /> to this annexation. <br /> WATER TREATMENT <br /> PLANT IMPROVEMENTS Hundley related to Council some problems with the <br /> work at the facility that have now been identified <br /> and are being corrected by the contractor . A <br /> warranty has been requested from the contractor to <br /> guarantee that the remedial measures being taken <br /> 6 <br />
