Luce seconded and <br /> the motion was passed unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS Bill Statoa, 2396 McKinley Avenue. addressed <br /> Council with regard to work in the area adjacent <br /> to the Leith Helart Park. Ken Eason responded to <br /> this inquiry stating that the work is being done <br /> to improve the drainage in the Hunter's Ridge <br /> Subdivisioa. by creating, a regional detention pond <br /> is this area. There is • ground water problem in <br /> some pert. of this area and this project will help <br /> som ewhat and will in no way increase the ground <br /> water problems. The depth will not be sore that <br /> 10 feet and will probably be only 7 - 8 fact in <br /> depth?. <br /> Denise Stout, 682 W.
