The paragraph referring to <br /> the zoning issue, specifically the discussion <br /> regarding a bowling alley and golf courseyLmplies, <br /> in Morris' opinion, that Council may change the <br /> zoning to accommodate the bowling alley. She <br /> asked that minutes be rephrased as this was not a <br /> accurate description of what was discussed, "We <br /> did discuss how there might be some inequities as <br /> far as the golf course is concerned, but I think <br /> there was general consensus that a bowling alley <br /> is a commercial use. I would like some <br /> clarification on that paragraph." <br /> Mayor Meier moved that the minutes be adopted as <br /> amended. Johnson seconded. Unanimous. <br /> ADDITION TO MINUTES Pauson asked what type of zoning would have to <br /> exist in order to accommodate the proposed plan. <br /> Wanush responded that some commercial zoning would <br /> have to be adopted. There would be the option of <br /> altering the definitions under the present <br /> Agricultural Zone that would still ensure the <br /> basic openess that the agricultural zone's intent <br /> is designed to accomplish. The bowling alley and <br /> the miniature golf course are the two uses in <br /> question.
