Mayor Meier closed the Public searing. <br /> Mayor Meier asked for Council Comments. <br /> Leary responded to Mr. Vollmer's presentation <br /> stating that alternative sources of revenue had <br /> been looked at and &song the real CI? needs is an <br /> extensive drainage program throughout the City. <br /> Luce also responded stating that this Council has <br /> spent two years analysing alternatives for <br /> funding (as have previous Councils).
