The annual <br /> auction will once again be held on July 4th in the <br /> morning. The stone house re-construction is on <br /> hold until proposed roads have been designated. <br /> The cupola on the Community Building is too costly <br /> at this time to replace. Caranci asked that the <br /> Historical Commission be put into the City's <br /> annual budget for the purpose of taking advantage <br /> of catching grant funding. Also, the Commission <br /> is asking that the lease of the auseuâ– property be <br /> increased to a 99-year lease as opposed to the <br /> current 1S-year lease. Once again, for the <br /> purpose of grant funding, the extended lease is <br /> more desirable. <br /> Various methods of including the Commission in the <br /> City's Annual Budget was discussed by Caranci and <br /> Council as was methods of obtaining grants. <br /> Urnovits announced that twelve sites in the City <br /> of Louisville have been listed in the National <br /> Register of Historic Places. Through a $3,500 <br /> grant the Commission conducted a survey of the-. <br /> City's more important historic properties and then <br /> selected most significant properties to the <br /> National Register. Certificates and plaques will <br /> be presented to the property owners. Ultimately <br /> walking tour paaphlets will be published outlining <br /> these sites. <br /> SPECIAL NVE11T8 LIQUOR PERMIT APPLICATION - <br /> TRI CITY NLRB Rautenstraus stated that posting and publication <br /> had taken place and the application was in order. <br /> Mayor ?auson opened the Public Rearing and asked <br /> if there were any Public Comments with regard to <br /> this application. tone. <br /> Mayor .auson closed the Public Hearing and Mohr <br /> moved that the Special Events Liquor Permit <br /> Application submitted by the Tri City Elks be <br /> approved.
